Finally, it considers recent developments that are enabling girls in developing countries to continue their education.

Oranges and Lemons
Far from being just food, citrus fruit have played a significant role throughout history. In this talk, we explore their origins, uses, and, more broadly, their lasting impact on human culture, health, and well-being. Along the way, and by way of illustration, a series of intriguing citrus facts are revealed.
Including, for example, how Paris was once saved from the plague by lemonade. Finally, the talk is illustrated with a carefully selected collection of antique citrus cooking utensils, bringing the subject vividly to life.
